Now, if you’re fitting out a huge barn, you’ve probably looked at wattage and tube length. Here’s the trick: cramming too much wattage into a short tube creates a lot of heat, but it kills the filament. We’ve spent a lot of time calibrating our tungsten coils so they don’t burn out when your thermostats are clicking on and off all day. They’re built to last.
No “Lock-in” Nonsense
I can’t stand it when companies use weird, proprietary connectors just to force you to buy their expensive replacements. It’s a racket. That’s why we stick to standard R7s and Sk15 connectors. They just slide right into most industrial fixtures. If you need a replacement, it’s easy. No headaches. One quick tip: our glass is treated to handle the ammonia fumes you get in a barn, but it’s not magic. Keep the tubes clean. If dust builds up, it creates hotspots that can actually crack the glass. A quick wipe-down every now and then saves you from a broken lamp.
